Established February 23, 2019 Reiwa Dialysis Center Inc formerly known as Reiwa Medical Services Inc. doing business as Medline Dialysis Center and amended last August 5, 2022 as Reiwa Dialysis Center Inc. is located at Ground floor Angeles Building, Barangay J. Lumbreras, Gen. Mariano Alvarez, Cavite. Geographically located in the North-East Part of Cavite, a First-class municipality in the province of Cavite.
On July 1, 2021, the same Management acquired Welmac Healthcare Services Inc. dba MedLine Dialysis Center located at 172-Alabang Zapote Road, Pamplona Dos, Las Piñas City.
On May 4, 2022 IRIS DIALYSIS CENTER INC. was established though the acquisition of Shamar Dialysis Center Incorporated dba MedLine Dialysis Center, located at 9924 National Highway, Brgy. Canlalay, Biñan, Laguna.
